Two posts are currently open for applications at higher rhythm:

Team Administrator
Sine FM is the community broadcasting arm of Higher Rhythm Ltd. and is the first community radio station serving the Urban Central district of Doncaster. Higher Rhythm Ltd. provides training & services in the fields of music / recording / media / creative industries. We are looking for an energetic Team Administrator who can provide a high level of effective support to the Sine FM team.

To be successful in this role, you will have a flexible, proactive working style in managing completing priorities. Ideally you will have similar experience in working within another organization at this level. Some experience with applications and systems, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and the use of internet and mail will be required for the position.

You must have outstanding organization skills and be someone who is friendly, helpful and wants to support the work that your team is involved in. You will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks within the group such as photocopying, filing, taking of minutes, making and receiving calls, scheduling various activities and providing assistance to others in the team. When required, you will also assist with communications projects and provide relevant support as needed.

Salaries and Benefits:
£7279.59 (£14559.18 pro rata) per annum
This is a 2 year part time (0.5) post, funded through the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, with continuation / post development expected thereafter. Holiday entitlement is 28 days per annum (pro rata where applicable). A pension scheme is also in place.

Station Assistant
Sine FM is the community broadcasting arm of Higher Rhythm and is the first community radio station serving the Central Urban district of Doncaster. Higher Rhythm Ltd. provides training & services in the fields of music / recording / media / creative industries.

We are looking for a Station Assistant who will play a key role in the development of Sine on the internet and the launch on FM, as well as in the training services relating to this, focusing on mobile community broadcast services.

This will be a 0.5 position, initially for 2 years. The post holder has the responsibility for planning and delivering activities based around the station and media services. This includes supporting programme delivery, feature production, service user involvement, regulatory / quality responsibilities and technical overview. Responsibility also includes coordination of volunteers involved with Sine FM and timetabling in relation to this. The Station Assistant should expect to work flexibly and will work alongside the Station & Media Coordinator as well as closely with other staff and volunteers of Higher Rhythm and Sine FM.
