16 Aug 2010: Sine FM is the offcial radio partner of Doncaster Live 2010 FREE music festival

Sine FM is the official radio partner of Doncaster Live 2010

Re-formed Bradford rock band Terrorvision, best known for hits in the 1990’s such as ‘Tequila’ and ‘Perseverance’, will headline this increasingly popular local event on Saturday 4th September, while Manchester’s Goldblade, featuring ex-Membranes frontman John Robb, will headline on Sunday 5th September.

Fresh from promoting their debut ep ‘Cappucino Swagger’ on Circuit Records, local lads the beaus are the main support to Goldblade on the Sunday night.

The weekend bill also includes other local acts such as The Elephant Keys, Stone Ugly, The Penny Lovers and Bang Bang Romeo - all are releasing music on the Circuit Records Label owned by Higher Rhythm.

Quote from Steve Mundin at Sine FM
“It’s great to see this live music event happening in Doncaster for the sixth year running, and with Sine FM 102.6 being Doncaster's only locally owned radio station plus our parent company Higher Rhythm being so supportive of live local music, we are only too pleased to be the official radio partner for Doncaster Live 2010.”

Quote from Heather Brown (organiser)
“With the live music festival scene being one of the biggest growing areas of the music industry, its essential that Doncaster stays in line with the national trend to be able to sustain and build our local music scene. Doncaster live has earned its place as the leading local live music event over many years so we are pleased to be able to, once again, deliver this event for Doncaster, and present high quality musical acts, totally free of charge.”
